One of the best weeks on Tour – The Firecracker!
The Firecracker is our 4th of July week event and it’s just around. And this year’s Firecracker will be one of the best on tour! Day 1 will be at Shaker Heights CC, designed by the legendary Donald Ross and its ranked as one of the best courses in Ohio. Day 1 will also serve as the qualifier for the Jim Dawson Match Play Championship (signup is required). Day 2 will be held at Tam O’Shanter, an old gem built in 1928 and a really good track. The course has been host to the Ohio Open Championship, US Open Qualifiers, The Optimist State Championship, and the High School Districts annually. It’s clearly a don’t miss week on tour!
Looking ahead at the tour’s lineup, we will be at some great courses in the next few weeks; starting with Tanglewood and Gleneagles next week, then the Firecracker week (mentioned above), the next week we host the Sand Ridge Invitational (if you want to play, check the event details online to see if you are eligible) along with the Jim Dawson Match Play at Punderson (the tour’s most fun event).
As you can see its an amazing lineup of events and a perfect time to get your game on Tour!

NCJT Championship Season is almost here!
If you are having a good season and doing well in the Classic Cup points, then you need to get your Tour Championship and Jim Dawson Match Play entries submitted. The match play is always the most fun event of the season, so don’t miss out. Eligibility for both are listed in the Tour Manual, which is posted on the Registration page. If you are clearly eligible or might be, don’t wait! Sign-up now! If you’re close and want to play, sign-up now. If you don’t make the field for some reason, we will refund your entry back.
The match play dates were changed to July 26 & 27 at Punderson, which is the day after the Legend Lake event. In order to complete the bracket/seeding and assign tee times, we are making Powderhorn the last points event before the cut-off. With a plan to post tee times on Wednesday evening.
