Robert Kimmel ** Player of the Week ** June 18-24
Robert had a great week taking 1st at Manakiki with a 76 and a 9 stroke margin of victory. He also took 3rd at Turkeyfoot with a 78 and was 2nd with a 154 total for the KikiFoot Event.
Bentley Stover ** Player of the Week ** June 25-July 1
Bentley won the Jim Dawson Match Play Championship in grand style last week. He defeated Drew Schnee 5&4 and Thomas Wong 2&1 to reach the finals against Danny Milo. In the final match, Danny struck first with a birdie on #2, but Bentley was able to top it at #2 and added more birdies on #3 and #4 as well. We added another birdie on #10 to go -4 on his round and 5 up in the match. Danny started a comeback on #11, #12 and #13 to get back to 2 down, but Bentley finished the match with a birdie on #16 to seal a 4&2 victory and back-to-back Match Play titles.
