Little Mountain is a go for next week! Some of you may have seen and/or heard that Little Mountain lost 5 greens in May. The club has worked hard to re-grass their bad greens. We did an evaluation of their progress this week and determined that they will be playable for next week’s NCJT event. The repaired greens will be slower, but smooth enough for competition. It’s still a great course and we hope to have a strong field for the tournament.
Black Brook is one of the longest running stops on the North Coast Junior Tour. It’s a fun little track and scoring favorite. We usually see the best scores of the season at Black Brook and we hope you will join in on the fun.
Joe Haase Cup Team
We have a lot of players focused on making the 2015 Joe Haase Cup Team. The points and exemptions to make the team are earned from the 2014 season. Every point matters, so NEVER give up! Every year players miss the team by a single point or two…don’t let it be you! Play more and grind it out on those tough days. Remember to play in the OJS events to earn double points. All championship events, OJS events and the Sand Ridge Junior Invitational are double point events. To learn more about the Classic Cup points, please visit the Tour Manual.
