The NCJT Tour Championship is next week!

The Tour Championship is filling up fast and now is the time to sign-up.   The qualifying requirements are listed below, however there are always qualifiers that don’t take there spots.  So if you want to play you should just signup.  If by chance you don’t end-up making the final field then we’ll gladly refund your entry in full, but that rarely happens.

The Tour Championship will be played over two days on the Devlin Course at Quail Hollow CC.


69 players qualify for the Tour Championship, based on the following in order:

  1. Event winners and ties automatically qualify.
  2. The Classic Cup points will determine the balance of the field, based on results through the last posted regularly scheduled event.

The Tour Championship field breakdown:

  • Boys 16-19: 24 players
  • Boys 14-15:  18 players
  • Boys 13&U:   9 players
  • Girls 19&U: 18 Players

If you are clearly eligible or might be, don’t wait!  Sign-up now!  If you are close and want to play, sign-up now.  If you don’t make the field for some reason, we will refund your entry back.

Proper Attire is Important:

Please make sure to follow proper golf attire at all times at Quail Hollow.

Caddie Bib Details:

Caddies are permitted for this championship!

Name Panel Deadline for Caddie Bibs is Wednesday by 10am the week prior.

All Caddie Bibs and name panels must be returned to the rack after play each day.


Ties for 1st place will be decided by a Sudden Death Playoff.  Ties for 2nd and 3rd place awards will be decided by match of card using USGA method.  Ties for 2nd and 3rd will not be decided for JGS reporting.


Day 1:

  •   7:00 AM — Range Open
  •   8:00 AM — Tee Times Begin
  •  12:30 PM — Player’s Luncheon (Monster Burger Dinner, Salad, Cookies and Drinks — Extra Tickets = $15 )
  •   4:00 PM — Tee Times Posted for Day 2

Day 2:

  •   7:00 AM — Range Open
  •   8:00 AM — Tee Times Begin
  •   12:30 PM — Player’s Luncheon (Chicken Parmesan Dinner, Gourmet Pizza, Cookies and      Drinks — Extra Tickets = $20)
  •   2:30 PM — Season Ending & Championship Awards

Awards Banquet  After play on Wednesday, July 27 we host an Awards Banquet to recognize the championship winners and we give a special thanks to our committee members for supporting the tour all season.  All tour members and parents are welcome to attend.  The meal for the banquet is optional.  A banquet meal ticket can be purchased at registration each day or at the scorers table.  The meal will include a Chicken Parmesan Dinner, Gourmet Pizza, Cookies and Drinks for $20.  If you plan to purchase a meal ticket for family members or your caddie, please email with your extra ticket count by 8:00 PM on Sunday, July 24.  Contestants are included, please do not include in the extra ticket count. This will allow us to give the club an accurate meal count in order to prepare enough meals.  Thank You!
