Awards Pick-Up and Delivery Options Announced
Sad news once again about the Awards & Hall of Fame Dinner scheduled for December 3rd. Based on Ohio’s high rate of infections and the fact that Ohio’s Governor is considering more lockdowns, we are being forced to cancel the Awards and Hall of Fame Dinner.
Even though we will miss seeing everyone at this special event, we do have a good plan to distribute awards to those wanting them. This year we are offering two methods to get your award.
- You can order your plaque for pickup at Sunny Street Cafe in Concord. The cost is FREE. Ordered plaques will be available for pick-up after Dec. 15th.
- You can select to have your plaque shipped for $15. Please make sure to let us know if you have a change of address from what is on file with us.

The last day to place your order will be December 1st and all awards will be delivered by December 21st. If we don’t hear from you, we will not produce your award.

AWARDS
Each tour member is eligible to receive a Season-long Awards Plaque which will include all the players Top 3 finishes that qualify as a finishing place. The number of finishing places to be awarded is based on field size, as follows:

Season-long Award Plaques will be awarded in person at the Annual Awards and Hall of Fame Dinner. Plaques will only, be awarded at the banquet, to the player that have registered for the banquet by the deadline date listed for the event. Players that cannot attend the banquet will be given notice on how to receive their award (shipping charges will apply). The Annual Award and Hall of Fame Dinner will be held annually in Mid-August and will be listed on the tour schedule.
