Laughlin, Bodis, Longano, and Morris Win Jim Dawson Match Play

The Jim Dawson Match Play Championship at Punderson saw the tour’s only rain delay of the season.  Play was suspended for 1.5 hours by a passing storm on day one.  Day two was a picture perfect day!

Nolan Laughlin needed 19 holes to beat Michael Milam in his first round match, but after that he coasted to the finals to face Brett Dubin.  Laughlin got an early lead and never looked back winning 3 & 2.  Nolan played under par to win the championship match.

Brandon Bodis overcame a late to the tee penalty to win his first round match with some stellar play.  He eventually advance to the finals against Dean Naime.  Bodis stayed in control of the match and was able to win 4 & 3.

Nicholas Longano squeezed through his first round with a 2 & 1 win over Bryce Shahan.  He then advanced to the finals where he faced defending champ Colton Levey.  Longano was able to play well and beat Levey 2up.

Reva and Karly Awards

Reva Morris steamrolled her way through the first two rounds to face Karly Morrell for the championship.  Morris executed her game plan perfectly and defended her match play title with an 8 & 6 victory.
