Former Junior Golfers Dominate at 2015 Ohio Open

Eight of the top 15 in the 2015 Ohio Open were former junior stars in Northeast Ohio.  Nick Palladino and Jake Scott finished tied for second and both were stars on the North Coast Junior Golf Tour.  Both are also in the NCJT Hall of Fame.  Justin Lower the 2015 Ohio Open championship was great junior player and played in the Joe Haase Cup for the Spitale Junior Golf Tour in 2006.  Others in the top 15 that were top junior players in the area and played in the Joe Haase Cup were Jacob McBride, Grant Weaver, Tyler McHugh, and Logan Lagodich.  Chase Johnson is another former junior player that dominated area golf as a junior player.  It is pretty interesting to see so many good junior players develop into the top elite in the state.
